Local Government

Local government is the closest government to the people, and yet many people know very little about it.  Then, after local government does something we don’t like, we wonder why our local officials didn’t keep us more informed.  Although local government needs to be very transparent, it is our responsibility to keep ourselves informed.

Attending your local County, Municipal, and School Board meetings is the best way to do this.  We need to defend liberty in every level of government, not just in Washington, D.C.
